Introducing Desk Despatches, a newsletter chronicling my month in writing.
Once a month, I’ll send out a chronicle of my recent writing life, sharing any difficulties, joys or thoughts encountered. I’ll talk about what I’ve been reading, watching, listening to, making or anything else that has fed or affected me creatively or otherwise.
Occasionally, I’ll send longer essays on the intersections between writing and other forms of creativity, or reflections on themes and elements related to my writing practice and life. So far, I’ve written about how songwriting, crocheting and keeping a journal influence my writing.
There’ll also be more in-depth reading logs to share my thoughts on what I’ve been reading with you.
